Memorable Performances and Exciting Activities
The Summer Fair at BSB on Saturday, 8th June, turned our campus into a bustling hub of joy and excitement. Our talented students and the finalists of BSB’s Got Talent delivered outstanding performances that left the audience in awe. Adding to the festive atmosphere, the dynamic teachers’ band played some fantastic tunes, demonstrating the incredible talent within our community.
Children at the BSB Summer Fair had an action-packed day with an array of thrilling activities! From classics like Bag Toss and Beat the Goalie to adventurous challenges such as Mini Golf, Wheel of Fortune, and Pool Climbing, there was no shortage of excitement. Creative souls enjoyed DIY Photo Booths, Face Painting, and macrame from the BSB MAD group, while others tried their luck at Nerf Blasters, the Human Fruit Machine, and Hook a Duck. Additionally, artisan stalls offered a delightful variety of handmade crafts and unique treasures for everyone to explore.
The daring Soak the Teacher stall provided laughs and soaked sponges flying through the air, adding to the fun. Participants also tested their skills in Soft Archery, Cup Pong, and Hoop Toss, while adventurous spirits navigated an Obstacle Course with Basketball trials and explored the Wooden Maze. With Hair and Nails styling, Tattoos, Bedazzling, and an Innovation Hub sparking curiosity, the fair was a whirlwind of joy and discovery for all ages.
Culinary Adventures and Vibrant Atmosphere
Foodies were in their element as international food stalls filled the air with delicious aromas. If you missed it, imagine your taste buds taking a world tour from mouth-watering street food to gourmet treats. And the reptile exhibit was a hit, delighting children and adults alike! It’s not every day you see a lizard capturing attention like a Hollywood star.
The decorations around the campus were simply amazing, transforming our School into a Safari Jungle straight out of a movie. From lush greenery to wildlife-inspired props, every corner was meticulously adorned to immerse us in an adventure-filled atmosphere.
Fun and Unity
Every smile, every high-five, and every soggy flip-flop bore witness to our community’s unity. It was more than a fair; it was a reunion of friends and families, celebrating the end of another school year with enthusiasm. In spite of the unpredictable weather, the Mandinga Band brought us good energy and a vibrant Latino vibe, even for a short time.
As we reflect on the good time, we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this year’s Summer Fair a roaring success: our amazing community – parents, students, and friends of BSB; our partners – Audi and Takanaka, our in-house caterer; and the very involved BSB staff.
