A Playful Start to Learning: Early Years Explorers at BSB

At the British School of Bucharest, we believe that a lifelong love of learning begins with curiosity, play and meaningful connection. Early Years Explorers offers a joyful introduction to early education for children aged 2 to 4, accompanied by their parents.

Taking place during the Summer Term, the programme invites families onto our welcoming campus to take part in a series of themed sessions led by our experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. Each session is thoughtfully designed to nurture imagination, encourage exploration and support the development of social and communication skills – all within a safe, play-based environment guided by native English-speaking teachers.

From gardening and sensory discovery to creative arts, movement and water play, the weekly themes provide engaging opportunities for young children to connect with others and learn through hands-on experience. Activities are tailored to each age group, helping children build confidence, independence and a love of learning.

Early Years Explorers also gives parents a valuable insight into the BSB approach to early education. Whether new to the school or simply exploring early learning options, families are welcomed into a caring, interactive and child-centred setting that reflects the very best of what BSB has to offer.
