Head of Operations

We’re looking for Head of Operations:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in client service, project management, or procurement leadership roles, ︎︊︊︌︉︍︆︋​︂︆︄︅​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, enhancing team performance and business outcomes.
    Collaborative Leader: A people-oriented leader capable of motivating and aligning diverse teams toward achieving common goals.

This Head of Operations role is vital for overseeing the daily operations of the organization while driving performance ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄and efficiency across Office, OMC (Operation Management Center) and Purchasing teams, ensuring effective reporting and results.

Team Leadership and Reporting:

  • Manage and mentor the teams’ members across Office, OMC, and Purchasing, ensuring that each department meets its objectives.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for each team and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and cross-functional teamwork across departments.
  • Regularly compile and deliver detailed reports on operational performance, including key metrics, project updates, procurement efficiency, and client satisfaction, to senior management.
  • Implement performance reviews and professional development plans for team members to enhance their skills and contributions.

Office (Client Relations) Management:

  • Oversee Office activities, ensuring smooth internal workflows and efficient client interactions.
  • Manage client relations, handling inquiries, processing requests, overseeing returns, and resolving complaints to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement office and admissions communication strategies to maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Project Management Oversight:

  • Provide leadership for the OMC team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, conducting risk assessments, and implementing mitigation strategies to address delays or resource constraints.
  • Lead the development of cost-saving initiatives and improvements in project efficiency and productivity.

Purchasing and Supply Chain Leadership:

  • Lead the Purchasing team, overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Ensure the alignment of supply chain activities with project timelines and company goals, maintaining material availability and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
