  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Skilled in delegation and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Proficient in collaborative tools (Teams, Zoom, Office Suite, etc.).
  • Diplomatic, tactful, and professional in all interactions.
  • Self-motivated with a forward-thinking approach.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The role will require:

  • Provide direct support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Read, ︈︁​︁︉︆​︁︈︈​︈︅analyze, and distribute incoming communications and prepare accurate reports or responses as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Track and manage multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee day-to-day office management, including guest experience and creating a welcoming work environment.
  • Handle direct and indirect inquiries, providing timely responses or escalating them as appropriate.
  • Utilize various software tools, such as spreadsheets and databases, to maintain and organize essential data.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and delegate when appropriate, ensuring alignment with organizational procedures.
  • Foster positive relationships within the organization and with external partners, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
