Key Stage 1 Teacher

The British School of Bucharest is seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher of Key Stage One to join our successful team from January or February 2019, to support the opening of an additional Year 1 class.
We offer a dynamic teaching and learning environment for approximately 500 students from more than 50 different countries. The school is well established and is situated in a stunning campus with well-resourced facilities.
We are committed to offering a broad and balanced curriculum based on the National Curriculum of England and Wales. We have been awarded BSO status via the Independent Schools Inspectorate and are also an accredited member of COBIS.

The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher, experienced with the UK curriculum and will have a strong desire to work in a diverse, international environment. We are looking for a passionate, dynamic educator, willing to contribute to our extensive extra-curricular programme and to be committed to our whole school community. Preference will be given to applicants with the ability and desire to work collaboratively within a year group and key stage, as well as those who have an interest in middle leadership.
